What is the Trolley Rack System?
The Atlantic Rack Trolley System is a dynamic, space-saving solution designed to utilize the area typically left vacant beneath the lowest level of pallet racking.
It consists of heavy-duty, low-profile carts (trolleys) mounted on smooth-rolling wheels. These trolleys are engineered to hold multiple boxes, bins, or other non-palletized inventory. They roll seamlessly in and out from under the main pallet rack structure, creating a high-density, easily accessible storage layer at floor level.
This system is perfect for high-volume picking, kitting components, or storing overstock that needs to be close to the action—all while the space above remains dedicated to traditional pallet storage.
How It Works
Roll-Out, Roll-In Accessibility
Unlike fixed shelving, the trolleys are completely mobile. When an item is needed, the operator simply pulls the trolley out from under the pallet rack beam. Once picking is complete, the trolley is pushed back in, restoring the clean, compact storage footprint.
