Atlantic Rack was invited by Signode at its Chicago facility to participate in a specialized training and installation program for the StorFast® Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS). The initiative provided Atlantic Rack’s installation team with hands-on experience working with an advanced automated storage solution designed to maximize warehouse space, improve inventory management, and automate pallet handling.
The training program brought together technical expertise, field installation experience, and automation technology, reinforcing Atlantic Rack’s capabilities in the installation of next-generation warehouse storage systems.
As warehouse operations increasingly turn to automation to improve storage density and operational efficiency, proper installation and understanding of automated storage systems are essential.
Signode’s Chicago facility provided an opportunity for Atlantic Rack’s team to receive specialized, hands-on training on the StorFast® ASRS. The objective was to develop installation expertise and a deeper understanding of the system’s components, assembly requirements, and operating principles.
Working with an advanced ASRS requires precision at every stage of the installation process. Rack structure, automated equipment, storage locations, clearances, and system interfaces must work together as an integrated solution.
Atlantic Rack was selected to participate in the StorFast® ASRS training program at Signode’s Chicago facility.
During the training, Atlantic Rack’s team worked directly with the StorFast® system to develop practical installation knowledge and familiarize themselves with the requirements of an automated storage environment.
